I attended this camp a long time ago (in the 1980's). I went back several years in a row and at that time my experience was unequivocally positive. Although I did gain the weight back, I have retained the ability to exercise vigorously, something that I learned to do and enjoy at Kingsmont. I'm in good health and believe that my experiences at Kingsmont have greatly contributed to my well-being so many years later.

Best place to send a child. Not only a place to become healthy but a place to flourish as a person. It is completely worth it.
