I went to this camp from years 2001-2009. Many people would think this camp sucks but it doesn't......and I disagree with the previous camp about the preschool.....I came here for preschool and they all treated me with care and respect.....I left this camp because I moved, not because it sucked. Also, the buses were only late once or twice......the only problem with the camp is the ratio of counselers to campers.....there was only one counsler to every group of about 20. The trips also didn't suck at all......I think that you should be happy that they at least let you go on trips and not keeping you in the hot camp all day......so spend a few years there yourself before you talk.

i went here when i was younger and it sucked! we went on boring babyish trips and the conselors are meanies!

My son went there for from 98-05 has a camper and a student in there preschool. All they did was go to the local park and buses never arrived on time for the day trips. In his last year in the camp they were supposed to go to a place in the city and were running late becuase of the buses and when they called the place they were told to forget it and the buses were only 1 or 2 blocks away. What they had the kids do was get off the bus buy a hotdog at a hotdog stand and then get right back on the bus. I had my daughter in the preschool part of the camp on a full time basis and the staff there couldn't handle her. It seemed they were not trained to handle children that need early intervention services. After 9 nine days they were going to kick my daughter out of camp but since my son was there for many years they just prorated her for half days and then I signed her up at the "Y" where they were trained to handle children like my daughter.
