Click to report rating    6/5/17   5     5     5     5     5   We love 3 Zones, Rob, Ron Johnny, Kerr and all the staff. They are very hard on the kids initially- there are tears- but if you don't do the drill right then you will keep doing it until you get it right. They pay attention. They don't just let the kids run through drills absentmindedly. Our son hasn't been to 5 or 6 different camps but in the last few years we've stuck with 3 Zones- even with the 45 minute drive each way. RID: 50795

Click to report rating    8/24/15   1     3     1     1     1   The facilities get a 3 "star" rating because they appeared fine - but we didn't actually use them. We were registering and there was an incident between my son and the Head Intructor, Rob. A very long story short, my son was in tears and Rob literally insulted, bullied and berated him! Right while I was standing there. Since when is it alright or good coaching for a grown man to call a 12 year old child insulting names? Rob's camp is apparently only for "real hockey players" and not "crybabies". Yes this was actually what was said to my son! So in all honesty, we didn't even make it through the first day. But really, who would when introduced to your coach and they start immediately insulting you? Is this really the way we want to raise our children? My son happens to by rather good at hockey and he's never needed to be insulted to learn more. Real coaches and real men, do not treat anyone like that! RID: 49123
