The quality of the instruction as well as the amount of FUN these kids has is the reason that my daughter has gone back to Greenwood Stables each year since 2012! The staff is absolutely professional in every way! The horses they work with are incredibly safe and and the kids learn so much each day. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would!

Wonderfully run camp, great staff and beautiful and clean facilities! My daughters learned so much with this program and had a blast working with these amazing animals! Julie, the owner and instructor is nothing short of wonderful to the kids!

My granddaughter attended camp at Greenwood Stables last year and learned so much! Her riding and horse skills improved dramatically and she still talks about it 6 months later! She learned not just about riding, but all about the health and care of the horses and other animals. I was impressed how much "hands on" time there was, and my granddaughter loved every bit of it. The trainer and instructors are fantastic, very knowledgeable and really catered to each child. Highly recommended! A+

My daughter paid $600 for a week of horse camp for my granddaughter, who spent most of the time, along with all the other little girls shoveling manure and lugging hay - free labor. Also, this really seems to be a safety nightmare with bunches of semi-supervised girls working in what is considered a risky environment even with adults.

My daughter looks forward to summer camp every year. She loves spending time with the horses and learning how to care for them.

Camp leader, Julie, kicks butt. She is strict when it comes to horses, but she acts like a mother, sister, aunt, etc. She cares about all of her charges, including her donkey, horses, goats, and dogs. You sleep in the loft, on bunk beds. You get your own bathroom. You help with the dishes, cooking, setting up, etc. She has a pool, and it's great to go swimming. You know she loves her horses, they are all spotless. It is a wonderful camp, every girl between the ages of 10 and 14 should attend. No one will feel left out, and I speak from experience. I just started going this summer, and I will commence lessons sometime this September.
