Many improvements have been done over the years I have been there. Some programs are better than others, but all are age appropriate. Better programs as you get older. Staff is good, alot of volunteer moms, which is good because there are not a burned out by the end of camp season. I have found that girls that are scouts and have done camping are more comfortable, than girls that are not campers, or scouts. My daughters will be back next year

worked there as a camp aide for 2 summers in a row-- also attended camp for many summers when i was younger-- bathrooms are disqusting, a lot of uphill hiking and walking which is very bad when its 100 degrees out-- some campers love camp and come every week of the summer-- but most of the campers can't wait to go home because they don't want to be in the heat all day running around and doing other activities that are planned from their program-- buses to the camp are very crowded-- there was also an outbreak of lice when i worked there last summer-- luckily i didn't get it but many staff and campers did--and to make it even worse it was the last day of camp for the summer!! (and it was pouring outside) When it rains no matter what, you are gonna get soaked!! If you do go there make sure you pick a program you really want to do because many kids complain that they don't really want to do the program activies-- and for how much you pay you want to get your moneys worth.
