Children have gone here for years. New owner, many changes NOT for the better. Received notice today that camper store will now have “swag” and recommending parent deposit $20-$50 for each camper to spend - otherwise kid will not be “able to purchase any of these new items like the rest of the kids in their cabin group.” Not liking this new direction.

Best camp ever. I had the best experience there and it is my favorite memory from my childhood. I am 42 yo now and my son is going this next summer for the first time! I can't wait for him to experience it!!

Had a bad experience there. The counselors seemed stoned and the head of the camp Nancy is a total jerk. Also they wouldn't listen to my dietary needs.

Everything about this camp is fantastic. I have been going for the past 12 years, and I can truly say that this is one of the best summer camps in the world. The food is awesome, the activities are awesome, and the counselors are amazing and have a great sense of their campers' needs.

Geneva Glen is amazing. I've been going there for 8 years. To me, it is like a second home. All the staff members are caring and enthusiastic about working there. It's one of the oldest camps in Colorado. I highly recommend Geneva Glen to anyone. There is a reason why people have been going there for 11 years. It's because they love it. It's full of fun activities, and has many things to do. There are activities like horseback riding, pool, dodgeball, volleyball, softball, zipline, archery, rifles, slingshots, a giant rope swing, alchemy (which is certain sessions is only for girls), shields (only in Knighthood 1/2), and many other special clinics are available. Please send your child to Geneva Glen because it truly is the best camp on earth!!!

This camp is the best best thing that has ever happened to me. The counselors were like the big sisters I never had. I had so much fun at this camp I always wanted to go back and I will never forget it.

Geneva Glen is the best thing that has happened to me. It has taught me independence, and how to be a better person. 2 weeks seems like a long time, but it flies by because its so fun! There are people that have gone to this camp for 12 years! Why do you think they come back? Because its amazing! This will be my 7th year. I go to knighthood 2. I absolutely love it. It is a second home, and I would never want to go to a different summer camp. The counselors and nice and funny and cool. The food is also very good. There are plenty of activities, and I would recommend this camp to EVERYONE!

Geneva Glen is the best summer camp on earth! You get good and insulated cabins and amenities but you still "rough it" too! I go there and I'm sending my kids there and my children's children and so on! The councilors are funny and nice and they are very comfort and make you feel safe! GREAT CAMP! I suggest you go here! They fill up fast though!

Geneva Glen is far more than a typical summer camp. It is a place where children will experience the most joy and growth of their entire lives. Geneva Glen strives to make everyone from staffers to campers feel like family. There is strong evidence that GG is unusually popular in comparison to other summer camps. Such as camper return rates, staff return rates, multi-generation family legacies, and alumni donations, but the only way to understand it's magic is to experience it for yourself!

Geneva Glen is the greatest place on the entire planet. The camp has awesome activities and great themes for every session. Some of the counselors I have had while going there I still consider some of my closest friends.I credit this camp into making me the man I am. Geneva Glen is a place where everyone is accepted, and I will always love it.

The Knighthood program at Geneva Glen is not only a fun and exciting camp it also teaches core values essential to growing up. The camp has help define who I am now as a man and who I will be for the rest of my life. This program teaches humility, valor, chivalry and how to get along with everyone. This camp has taught me to be my est self and I highly recommend it.

After going to a camp in Minnesota for years, I can truly say that this one does not compare. When I went to Geneva glen as a 10 year old, the camp had much to work on. I attended the session called "world friendship". Going along with the theme, one of the days was world hunger day. The entire day, all campers were only allowed to eat rice, bread, and soggy, wet black beans (we couldn't get more rice and bread until we ate all of these disgusting beans) while the directors (who played the role of the United States) had a feast. Starving 10 year olds is neither my idea of a good lesson or the sign of a good camp. If you are looking for something cheap, Geneva glen may be the camp for you, but camp is not the place to be skimpy. At the right place, camp can really be a place to grow, a place to learn, and a place to make lifelong friends. Geneva glen does not achieve any of these goals.

There are so many amazing things I could say about this camp. It is the highlight of my year and there's no where else I'd rather be. I'm a veggiterian and they've always been very accomidating to me, so I'm sorry to hear that there was a mishap, but I've never ran into that particular problem. I love Geneva Glen more than words can say.

This camp, even when told my two children were vegetarians, both on all written documents and in person MADE them eat meat. When my daughter refused, they withheld dessert (no big deal) and activities (very big deal). Going to camp with several good friends who supported my daughters "claim" to be a vegetarian didn't help. The counselors still accused my child of lying to get out of eating the food. When I called to follow up after camp I was told by the counselors that they couldn't be expected to read the paper work submitted for each child. When I asked why they didn't read the paper work after multiple refusals she again stated she didn't have time or interest. The camp director backed up the counselors saying that they didn't put up with finicky eaters. (I've never considered a lifestyle choice being finicky) Luckily, it was just meat, not a life threatening allergy that the counselor didn't believe to be real or have time to investigate. Avoid this camp.

With great themes and numerous on and off camp activities from ropes to horseback riding to sports to archery and rifles to drama performances, as well as a focus on upliting and betterment, Geneva Glen attracts long time campers and offers countless benefits. The staff, made largely of past campers, knows what it's like to be a camper and is firendly and adept at counseling.
