Lindley G Cook 4H Camp is the best sleep away camp there is. There's no cliques and everyone is friendly with each other no matter the age group. Campers can come for multiple summers or just one and become a part of the camp family. The alumni staff come back to create the experience they were given and the new staff quickly become part of the camp family and come back year after year. Ben who is the director cares about all the campers and strives to know everyone's names. The counselors and staff do it for the kids and truly love their job. There's a range of activities for all the campers and everyone does what they want to do, and aren't forced to try do things they don't want to. The cabins and other buildings are in need of some updates but the newer ones still have that classic camp charm. The camp is low priced so all can attend. Counselors in Training 2's 2021 forever. Can't wait for my jc week and then staff in the future

My daughter had her first "sleepaway" experience at SET camp this summer. She absolutely loved it. This is the most well run camp I have ever come across. The director is amazing and the counselors are all wonderful. My daughter is very shy and has some "social skills" challenges but she still had an amazing time and wants to go back.

Amazing staff, amazing program and amazing experiences year after year. We LOVE 4H and my son would live at camp year 'round if he could. 2013 is his 6th summer there. He looks forward to working there when he's old enough!

Great camp to go to. Everyone is friendly and everything you'd expect from a summer camp is there. Feels like a second home. Facilities may not be top notch but it adds to the experience of being there.

Highly recommend this excellent camp after going for 5+ years, with wonderful experiences. camp here is fun, educational, helps children learn core values, and is the home of memories that will last a lifetime.

As a parent I give this camp high marks. My son loves it and has gone for 2 years. Very well-run. Bathrooms could use some upgrading. But wonderful outdoor experience. I felt good about leaving him here.
