I would not send my scout to this camp under any circumstances. They violate the #1 most important rule for scout safety by not having 2 deep leadership when sending scouts out on a multi-mile hike or working on merit badges. Their counselors are bullies who are more concerned about impressing scouts with their egos than actually teaching and mentoring. They argued with my son about whether or not he had a peanut allergy when he had a Doctor signed medical form stating that he had a peanut allergy and carried epi-pens. They argued about whether he was on a required zoom call when I was, in fact, in the room so I know he was on it. His experience at this camp was a disaster from start to finish.

A true gem in the great outdoors. From summer camp to winter cabin camping Workoeman is just fantastic. The staff is constantly thinking of new ways to improve the camp. There is nothing in the world like waking up on a cold winter morning to go ice fishing at Camp Workoeman.

The highlight of Workcoeman is the waterfront, with a huge clean lake, it is the best place to take sailing mb!

I have been a camper and a staff member and try to find any reason to go back and spend time there. There is constant improvement of the facilities and the staff is engaging and well taught. If you need personal attention, your needs will be met in full. Speaking from experience from both sides of the camp, I will go nowhere else.

I have attended this camp since the year 2000, and it is my favorite place ever. The staff is excellent, always full of energy, and gives the younger campers someone to look up to. The facilities are constantly improving, and it's dining hall and food is second to none. I couldn't put a price on the memories and fantastic weeks/summers I've had there.

Nice lake but they do not make very good use of it. The sailboats are cool but they don't let you go anywhere with them. And theirs way to many rocks, I stubbed my toe about a 1,000 times. My troop went here for a couple years and the camp was good but last year we went to another scout camp in the eastern part of the state and it was way better especially the waterfront. Even though the lake is not as big or clean the staff is awesome and the sailboats were funner.

Excellent camp with the valuable goals of Character building, Leadership development, and turning boys into honorable men and good citizens. Something fun for everyone to do there.

Camp Workcoeman is one of my favorite places in the entire world. I love everything about it, including the nature staff. I also love the camp's director, Mr. Louis P. Sieser. I recommend that all Boy Scouts in the region, and even the nation, come to this down to earth and exemplary establishment.

BY FAR....it is the best Boy Scout Camp out there. It’s just simply great: Great Program! Great Food! Great Size! Great Staff! and Great Facility!

I myself have worked among the staff in 2005. For any scout seeking ways to explore scouting working for THIS camp has got to be the best expierience. Now I go to school year round so im not able to rejoin the staff. THE BEST STAFF A CAMP COULD HAVE!!!

This is a great camp, everything is perfect. Almost every inprovement that I can possible think of is planned for. I very much recomend this camp to anyone! as an added bonus the camp is at a great location too!

It is a fun camp if you stay the whole time. It is better if you go with your whole Troop. Sometimes I don't like it. The great part is, it is only 5 minuets from my house.
