My kids are third generation campers here as my mother and I both went to CLH. My kids love it as I did for the six summers I went. I’m convinced when I get to heaven someday, it will be here. The indepeogained, life skills, personal growth, responsibility and accountability, not to mention the lifelong friends from all over the world are just some of the amazing things that are a result of going to Lake Hubert are a huge part of the person I am today. I see a tangible change in my kids every time they come home from camp. And they spend the whole year saying,”I can’t wait until I am back at camp!”

This is a terrible camp. DO NOT go. The counselers are terrible and the food is awful. I was trapped there for two weeks and it was the worst experience of my life. Two people I knew had broken bones and weren't even treated at the camp

I have a son and a daughter that have attended the camps. They absolutely love it! What I like is that this is a camp-camp. It is not a specialized camp. It has exposed my kids to numerous activities they would otherwise never gotten to try. This camp also really seems to emphasize character develpoment and developing life-long friendships. Every year I notice a greater sense of maturity when they arrive home. The camp also does a nice job keeping parents informed about what their camper is doing through letters and websites.

Amazing camp. Staff are very well trained and truly cared about my daughter. They took the time to get to know every possible thing about her. They then used this knowledge to pair her up with other girls. The camp has amazing facilities and is now offering Water skiing. Overall, I cannot say enough positive things about the experience my daughter had here.

Nice Camp! But they don't allow children to have enough free time to learn about themselves! It's a safe place, but not one to send children to become more Independent! Staff are great, but get burnt out easily because of the lack of time off!

The great part about this camp is that the friends you make there last you a lifetime. Even more than other summer camps, it is a great environment for kids. The core values of, Personal Growth and Development, Quality Relationships, Community, Excellence, and Fun all create a nurturing environment for boys and girls of a certain age. Even if you have trouble making friends at home, at camp... no one is judgmental. I would recommend it for any kids who want to have the most fun summer of their lives.

I worked at this camp as a counselor and will send my children there once they are old enough. I can not say enough about how wonderful this place is for children. It is a place of such personal growth and confidence building. It forever changed my life and I was there as an adult. I am so excited for my daughters to attend.

After working many places with kids previously, I have to say that Camp Lincoln is probaly the best place kids could go in the summer. I do not think the 1000 characters could properly explain how I feel about the camp, but you can e-mail me and ask me any questions you want... toilaongvua@yahoo.com . Fantastic experience as both a staff member and a camper. A truely well-rounded traditional program with something for everyone. Campers choose their own programming. Staff is well-training and very diverse. Can't imagine going to any other camp!!!
