My son was registered for day camp for one session and resident camp for another. At 11PM the night before day camp they cancelled the transportation, so I had to take my son and pick him up for the week, 70 miles R/T a day, making me late for work daily. On the first day I picked him up, one of the counselors was screaming at his group of kids, which turned me off. The resident camp was cancelled on the Saturday before it began, leaving me to scramble for other arrangements for the week. It took months, including many contacts and followups, to be reimbursed for the cancelled services. I'm a single working parent. I don't need to deal with this stuff.
