I attended this camp a long time ago, 1995 or 1996. I am an experience rider, and found this camp was okay. They use the British Horse Society/Pony Club method which is very important for safety, and the horses are well taken care of. I felt this camp is for girls who don't own a horse, as I had my own at home and felt like I was a glorified groom. This camp is not cheap and I didn't really feel I got anything out of it. I was put in a riding level lower than I usually ride because the top level was full and we learned basic knowledge that I already knew from Pony Club. If you don't own a horse and want to get some quality riding in then this is your camp. Other than that go to a YMCA camp where you can do other activities besides swim in a pond.
