Island wood is so much fun. If you are worried about sleeping over, it is not a problem because the counselors are really nice and atleast our teachers were really nice too. The food is extremely, extremely... good and the buildings are really clean. It is fun to do nature activities and hang out with your class mates. The talent show is also really fun!!!!

I went to this camp for a school trip and it was a blast, if you go you have to be with friends. Lots of outdoor activities, SUPER FUN!

Islandwood is one of the best camps in history!!! when you go there tou sleep in these really cozy lodges that are really awesome. the food is really great too. It's nothing like cafeteria food, that's for sure. All the activities are about nature so you spend a lot of time outside. There is a campfire pit in a little hut where everyone meets up at the beginning and end of each day. It's really cool because at the end of the week(it's a 3-7 day camp depending on what camp type you choose) there is a talent show so there are always tons of kids doing skits and stuff. it's really awesome and entertaining. Another of the best parts about it is the team's course. The team's course is a series of team-building challenges like crossing from one place to another with nothing but a board that is just barely to small to reach to the other side. It's challenging, but one of the best things at islandwood. there are also tons of other outdoor activities that you will learn about if you want to go.
