Both my kids go to this camp. My boy is going into 5th and my girl is in Tween travel. No drama, no issues, both very happy all summer. The week after camp ends is the hardest. They are kept busy, happy, great camp spirit, counselors are on top of everything and will call you with any questions. This is our 5th year at the camp. The kids have made friendships that will last forever. The Tween Travel program is so much fun for everyone involved and the camp 56 trips are great!

My daughter has been going to MIY camp for past 2 years she is now going into 4th grade and every year gets better she is already talking about next year and overnight trips. She has made great friends, loves counselors, and director gives personal attention. Any issue is dealt with immediately and well. Looking forward to another amazing summer

I've been going to the MIY JCC camp for every summer of my life. Words can't describe how much this camp means to me and how much I love it. I've been going for years, from camper to counselor, and have made plenty of friends along the way which I know I will keep forever. My fellow staff and I really care about the campers, and most counselors were JCC campers when they were kids, and we want the campers to have as good of a time at camp as we did. The atmosphere is friendly, exciting, and wonderful. The facilities, activities and campgrounds are amazing, and the children really do enjoy the time they spend at camp. I recommend this camp for any child, young to old, and I guarantee your child will have a summer they will enjoy and never forget.

New Director has done wonders with this camp! Both of my children (7/10) have a great time there! Facilities have greatly been improved, on par with the other more expensive camps in the area. The Staff attention to the kids if fantastic.

I have been going to this camp for 8 years. I probably wouldn't have any friends if i never went to this camp. Every year since 2nd grade, I have cried on the last day because I didn't want to leave.

i love this camp soooo much it is my 7th year at MIY and i made soooooo many new frineds and the counelers are the best around i love them sooooo much!! it is just very expencive and my parents cant afford the camp this year :[ i was very upset but for people who can afford the camp i DEFFANATLY recomend to allllllllll ages youll love it i promise!

OMFG, this is the best camp ever! i have been going there for now 8 yrs and can not wait 4 my 9th. They were the best yrs of my life(espacially tweens) in tweens u get 2 stay up till whenever u want and like my room we flooded our bathroom(by acident). and 4 a day camp we stay at rely nice hotels, some nicer than others. and the counslers are great i mean if u say u want 2 go on superman they will be rite behind u in the next seat over! best trips ever, going to ben and jerrys and six flags theses r the times i will never forget! i met some of my best friends there and now we have the great memories to share.

MIY is the best camp ever (in tweens and teens)!!! in tweens we went on like 6 or 7 overnights at the best citys!!! and for a summer camp, the hotels were pretty nice... you get to stay up as late as you want. its the best camp ever and i am going there until i am a CIT!!! the ONLY problem is in this camp is...being docked... its really boring. if u were misbehaving u will get docked at six flags or something. its when u have to sit and be quiet near the counselors.. but anyway, this is the best camp ever!!!!

Outstanding camp. Facilities not asthetically great, but program is EXCELLENT. My kids have gone there for years. Excellent staff. Super directors.

This was the second year my kids went to camp here...the last time was a few years ago. This time around the grounds were unkempt, the bathrooms were filthy and the counselors were less than adequate. Most were too busy fixing thier make up or flirting with other counselors to care about the kids. Speaking to the directors had little effect as well. The kicker was when I found out that every morning after they got off the buses they had to pick up garbage around the camp. Between those things as well as thier coming home absolutely filthy everyday because most of the grounds are dirt not grassy, I was totally disgusted.
