I can't say enough good things about this camp. All three of my children have gone here for many years. They have their school friends and then they have their camp friends that come the same weeks each year. The staff is excellent. The kids love the evening programs and the camp fires. They have enjoyed a lot of the new programs these last few years like the gaga pit and paintball. I would highly recommend this camp to "unplug" your children.

My kids had a terrible time! There was one campfire the 1st night, then no more the whole week. I paid for horseback riding for my daughter and paintball for son- they gave my son both and my daughter nothing. She was SO disappointed- she was looking forward to horseback riding all summer. I called and left a message to find out why, no one would call me back. The kids didn't come home with a single craft that they made, but they did come home with ticks! And we got a phone call saying a girl in her cabin had lice so we needed to wash all her stuff in extra hot water and check her head. The parent handbook says NO MONEY or FOOD allowed- we sent the kids up on the bus which is a 5-6 hour ride. If I hadn't snuck my son a $20 for emergencies, they wouldn't have had lunch. He had to buy lunch for them and a couple of other kids who didn't have any money. The counselors did not offer to buy the kids lunch! My daughter got home and said "I NEVER want to go to camp again!"
