A great choice in North Carolina. My kids had a lot of fun here and want to return. There was good communication from camp staff and it is a safe place. The activities are varied and the camp as whole just has fun. My kids said the food was okay. They liked the other kids there and also their counselors.

This June was my 12 year old daughter’s first camp experience and wow she loved it! She enjoyed all the activities, meeting new friends and best part is she said she feels better & accomplished! She came back more attentive to her chores and seemingly more responsible! All she talks about is camp pinnacle! (It’s a good thing though) it was the best decision we helped make for her and she’s excited to return for her second year next year!! I would recommend this camp to anyone!!!’nn

My two girls, ages 10 and 11, loved every minute of Camp Pinnacle! Even with record breaking rainfall, they still managed to have a wonderful time and can hardly wait until July when they get to go again! After a not so great experience with another camp in 2012, it was music to my ears when I heard the enthusiastic reports of how much they loved it and wanted to go back. And as a parent, the message of the 5 R's was exceptional. Love everything about the camp and everyone involved in it. Bravo.

We would rank Camp Pinnacle at "10!" It is one of the best of the best. Activities, counselors, and the immeasurable experiences it provided my grandson. It was his first time at camp and he loved it...wants to return next year. I did a lot of research on camps in NC and Camp Pinnacle's philosophy, their preparations, counselor selection process, and most importantly how each camper's individual needs are recognized and valued. I highly recommend sending your child[ren] to Camp Pinnacle. It will prove itself as one of the best decisions you ever made for your child.

Both my boys, 8 and 12, went this past summer. Camp Pinnacle was unlike any other summer camp we considered. We were looking for a camp that provided many of the traditional camp activities, with a real sense of outdoor adventure. Camp Pinnacle was that perfect combination. The facilities were great and the staff were the best we've encountered. In addition to traditional activities like archery, swimming, ball games and table games, a huge component were outdoor adventures such a rock climbing, whitewater rafting, overnight camping and trail riding. My boys loved every minute of the camp from the friends they made to the food. They will both be going back this summer.

My boys (10,13) went to Camp Pinnacle this summer as their first sleep away camp experience and it was better than I expected and exceeded what I was even hoping for. Their grounds are beautiful, the food was delicious, the counselors were so upbeat, creative, fun and caring, their program was so full of great activities for every age- I can't say enough about this camp! They posted pictures of the boys' activities just about every day so I felt really in-the-know about what they were doing. My kids learned things they will use in "real" life. After only two weeks, my boys came back changed- more mature, more appreciative of things, more THEMSELVES. They already told me they can't wait until next summer to go back and this time for 4 weeks. I am completely satisfied with this camp and I sound like a commercial but it's because I am a very, very happy and satisfied parent. :)

I love Camp Pinnacle so much it is the best camp in the world, I go for 4 weeks every summer and this summer I am going for 5 Weeks. The friends there that I make are also very nice. The longer you stay the more in tackt you are with the counslers. I suggest going there anytime anyplace.
