My friend told me about Sweethills last year. I thought I'd check it out. Sent my daughter there all summer. Well I can not express how grateful I am to have found such a nice place to send her while I worked. Jen, the young lady in charge was an absolute delight. Although she was young looking she was very educated and quite capable of handling her task before her. I will not only be sending my daughter back next year I will probably send her sister too. I highly recommend this program to any parent that would like their child educated in the matter of horses as well as social interactions at a very affordable rate.

Well I as a mom am again looking for a place to send my daughter for camp in the summer. After seeing the prices of other camps and what they had to offer I will be sending my daughter back to sweethills. It's not the prettiest camp but she learns so much, and i am really getting my monies worth. As a single mom i appreciate that there is a place like sweethills to add horses to her life affordably.

I must say although my kids enjoyed thier stay at sweethills this year. I as a parent feel that last year it was ran better. I also feel that the kids did more last year too. I will probably send them again but last year I felt I was getting my moneies worth. Plus I think the girls running it last year were more attentive then this year.

Both of my kids have attended this camp for the past couple of years. In the past I felt it was an ok camp for the money but have to say this year they have really out done themselves. My kids have come home everyday not only tired but so full of information on things they had learned, and accomplished throughout the day. The girls in charge are very sweet, and attentive. It is something my kids will never forget. I'm glad that sweethills offers this at such an affordable rate so my kids can be a part of it.

My son attended this camp for two consecutive summers and was not only well trained in all aspects of equestrian matters, but also enjoyed his interaction with the fellow campers and staff. Each day he was excited to go to Sweet Hills, and enthused (and tired) upon his return home. The facility is owned/operated by a lovely woman who is extremely attentive to the needs of campers and nagging parents. A swimming pool would be a nice addition to this camp program. Highly recommended!

Sweethills is a great camp for kids that love horses. They learn hands on how to saddle, ride and care for the horses. They are on state land so they have plenty of wonderful trails to ride on. They do alot of other activities to break up the day so the kids don't get bored. I also found sweethills to be very affordable. My daughter wants her own horse very bad and this is something I can do to fill that need. VERY RECOMMENDED
