I am a dressage hunter/jumper rider who has attended Camp Misty Mountain for five years. Everyone there are so nice and allow us more advanced riders to exhibit our skills, and have more leeway when it comes to taking care of the horses. The trainers and staff are so nice, and they make sure everyone is safe and happy. The only problem I have is that their outdoor arenas aren't so great for a wet climate. The rains are light though, because of the surrounding mountains. It is also great for riders who have just started. The trails are amazing and my favorite spot, Firefly Cove, is amazing to ride in. If the camper is more advanced as a rider, I would definitely recommend Now On Course. Anyways, if you've made it this far, this camp is my home, and will always be my favorite.

This camp is amazing!! Soo much fun and they really do care about you and it's sad web you leave the cabins are air conditioned which is great!

I am attending Camp Misty Mountain this summer. I have not yet been,but st open house which they recomend 1st time campers should go 2. At open house everyone was nice, helpful, and you could tell they wanted to be there. There facilites are amazing I definatley recommend this camp. You dont even have to be in a troop. You just have to buy a ten dollar membership to be a juliette.

A great girl Scout camp...i've been there a couple times with my troop, and as if it is a real summer camp, it has campish stuff like archery, canoeing, etc.

This camp is awesome1 the bunks are soooooooo nice! And, the counslers really pay attention to you! Another place just like it is Camp Meriwethier! It's brand new! Junior and Lady Bird are the best counslers at Camp Merriwethier! cap isty ountain is also awesome! You should go people!

This was the first camp I ever went to. It is short(10 days if I remember correctly) but that's a good amount of time for someone who hasn't gone to camp before. I now go to a one month camp and I love it, but I have to say the cabins at Misty Mountain are much nicer. I mean they're air conditioned.

This is a great GS camp! I have gone here every summer for 5 years. The counselors are really fun, and the bunks are pretty nice.
