This camp is awful. the food is trash, i went there for camp and in my dinner i found food that we had for lunch in it. i know for a fact it was from lunch too. Not to mention the fact that the whole staff and there families come in and barge in on lunches, the rule is no one can eat until the staff has eaten. the cabins were filthy. one girl in my cabin found food in her bed. one bunk bed had no ladder, and there was dirt and bugs everywhere. i swear they never clean that place. the only good thing was the activities. i suggested not going to camp squeah its a waste of time money and effort.

This camp left a huge positive impact on all 4 of my children. Camp Squeah is probably one of the most favorite places on earth for them.

This is a review for those who are wanting to rent the camp facilities for their own organization or religious group. Absolutely terrible staff who either does not want to work there or just has terrible attitude. Their food offering is uncaring and you may wonder why they need a whole line of cooks just to offer you grilled cheese for lunch. You can also witness during your meals an entire family of staff members who disrespectfully joins in on every meal and eats the food you essentially paid for to the point where our own participants did not have enough food. Great facilities but terrible staff who dont keep their words. They will give you all the exceptions and meet your needs when you have not signed the contract but make sure you carefully read the contract as ther verbal promises are not kept and they will not remember when you actually arrive.

Been there every year since grade 8 and that place is great. Nice staff, great food, fun activities, especially the hikes/stair/ladder. anyhow, i hope to go there again afer grad...peace!
