I went to this camp for one summer when i was 6 years old. I Hated it so much that i would fight with my mom about getting on the bus in the morning. There is absolutely nothing to do there except play tennis and swim indoors. No choices whatsoever in activities and you are forced to do every one. There are no fun or unique activities like other camps have. Terrible camp overall. They kicked me out because of how miserable i was- odd reason, I think.

Worst experience of my life. Had to go for two summers, before my parents came to see for themselves how unsafe it was. There was lots of bullying and we were outside too much.

This is my continuation. This counsellor tells the kids that the whole group will be sent to the "office" if 1 person misbehaves. He also threatens to call the parents, get suspended or be thrown out of camp. He is a physically imposing person and my son is so upset/afraid of this man (he is not a misbahving camper) that he at times, doesn't want to go back to camp. His actions are out of proportion to the degree of bad behavior (ie playing with traffic cones when they are waiting for the next period). It is my sense that the camp condones his approach and this goes to the heart of the problem with the camp- a lack of warmth and compassion that flows from the top. Remember, this is camp, not prep school. From my yrs of experience with the camp from the parent's perspective, I suspect the 2 other people's comments are accurate.

The counslers were nice but the people who did the activities weren't as nice. The pool is like ice and when I went swimming their they put me with the 1 group because I couldn't do freestlye as well as the other kids. At the theater department we didn't even audition. The person in charge of the theater dipartment just picked her favorites. All the sports were okay though. I did get some personal attention but I am sure other kids didn't feel like the got enough attention. I think this camp was pretty expensive but i'm not sure, I went to the school and it is great. The food is great compared to some food at other camps. I wouldn't recomend going to this camp, but if you don't like theater and if you like sports and are a good swimmer you should go.

This is the worst camp ever! I went in the summer of '05 and i never went back. You get no attention. And when it is raining you stay in a building and do nothing! The food is terrible! The nurse is soooo mean! I refused to go there once and got sent to the head of the camp. My advise don't go there!
