*	12/29/08	3	2	3	3	3	CSR has offered the same program, with minimal changes for many years. program is slow to evolve. facilities are rustic yes, but they have not been updated in over a decade. their are much better deals around. CSR is a small camp that struggles with numbers. keep shopping.
