Our family has been going to Camp Orchard Hill for over 25 years. It is an incredible camp and our lives have been forever changed by going there. The relationships we have developed and memories we have made are incredible. We have been to many other camps in NEPA and none of them compare to COH.

My 13yo daughter just got back and it was her first time and she had the best time of her life. She also came back praising God in song and worship. It was an awesome experience and she made alot of friends. Very nice staff and grounds. She said the food was awesome and the counselors attentive and caring. She cant wait for next year she wants to go for 2 weeks this time.

i as an autistic child had never experienced a day camp full of inappropriate age groups and combining big kids and little kids in their day camp programs

The 'Day Camp' is a ZOO. They have no control over any of the kids. Everyday atleast two kids were hurt due to another kid because of the lack of discipline. The kids over run the counselors. There are 2 of out the 5 counselors that are good. Overall, it is a good camp. They just don't have any control over the kids, which in turn causes chaos the whole day.

the camp did not provide opportunities to participate in activities advertised and PAID for in advance. Overbooked popular activities forced kids to be left out from participating even though they had paid for the event in advance (go carts, ropes course, and the blob). 10 boys per counselor did not allow for personalized attention. Homesick kids were ignored while entire groups would be disciplined due to the poor behavior of a few. One child from each cabin would be chosen to participate in certain activities/competitions while the rest would be ALLOWED to watch. Camp should be about doing and experiencing, not watching and being excluded. We were sadly disappointed with this camp.

COH is the best in the area. There are about 4 campers per counsler which gives excellent personal attention. They just built a brand new gym facility this year.
