My two boys have attended Camp Playland for two summers. We had an amazing experience both times. The owners Gary and Steve are wonderful people who really care that each child at their camp has the best experience possible. My kids can't wait to go back next summer. The highlights for the summer are Foamtastic and the Carnival so don't miss those weeks! Also, the zip lining is always exciting. Gary and Steve will give you a tour of the camp and take time to really understand from the parents what each child needs to be successful at their camp. I really appreciate the support they have given my family and would highly recommend this camp!

My kids are so excited for another fun summer at Camp Playland. I am always impressed by the way Playland is run. The directors and staff are truly there to help children have the best summer they can have. Every day is new and exciting and is a safe and fun time. Worth every penny.

This is one of those camps where young people are given a safe environment where they take hold of their space and create it themselves through healthy social development. My camper ferls safe, happy, supported. He has opportunity to meet up with friends from previous year while making new ones. He feels his own positive growth each year and often returns with examples where I know there is staff listening to him and what he has to say. This is an everyday camp with special events taking place all week. The staff is carefully selected, seem to return, with layers of staff professionally trained and there to superviseand make changes. My child looks forward to this camp each year. While phasing out of and choosing not to repeat other camps, he is certain again that he wishes to return to Camp Playland. I have only received positive responses from parents. One complaint my child had this year is that he outgrew the stay late experience. Replaced with sleep over but wishes for both.

We are returning this year. My child has been talking about and is looking forward to it. We have eliminated all other camps that he attended when not here during the summer. Camp Playland is very well organized. They seem to have a slogan "Fun for All" and stand up to it! Camp Playland promotes positive attitude and every child I ever met has either stayed to graduate with the program or is still attending.

Camp Playland is so much fun. The facilities are unbelievable, the program is incredibly organized, and the staff's main focus are the campers, campers, campers. I would not want to go anywhere else.

wonderful camp. it is about the children and teens. the atmosphere is friendly...the schedule offers variety. my son will be entering his fourth summer and in the three years that passed we raised one concern that was taken care of immediately and where the parent was informed until the end. there was a follow up and the results were positive. i offered my son to choose other camps while he enjoys change but would not budge from this one.very caring staff. lots of good energy. lots of fun and always something for everyone. good supervision and smiling counselors.

The best day camp in CT! I've sent my kids for years, and wouldn't dream of sending them somewhere else. If you're looking for a great experience for your children, Camp Playland is the place.
