Lisa Tobin Director pays herself 28 dollars an hour. The qualified teacher staff is being replaced by college students because Lisa does NOT allow the teachers to provide quality activites. MANY unsafe moments when children are not supervised. Lisa is rarely supervising children instead you will find her in office
