Best Camp Ever! Charlie is the best! They also have avaition, mountain biking, and an incredible C.O.P.E. course and shooting sports program that shoots .50 cal.

the camp had an amazing view but the male staff were not so great.the females helped the most and they always had a smile.

The camp staff is very friendly, especially attentive to the leaders. The camp has a nice setting and sites are nicely spread out. They are upgrading the camp constantly--new tents are huge and sturdy, adult facilities are excellent, and more improvements are promised. Food was excellent. All in all, a very good camp. My two complaints: portions were much too small for my tall boys (but camp staff listened and responded), and the info given out at leaders meetings was not the same given during campfires, announcements or to the Scouts. However, it wasn't too much of an issue. Big plus, the camp staff were so attentive, they specially baked an amazing cake for one of my Scouts who had a birthday mid-week. Also, Aviation program is great--one Scout and I went for glider rides...an experience not to be missed. Glad we went...if you go, bring mountain bikes! They're allowed and make camp much more fun for the Scouts.

The staff is very enthusiastic and attentive to the campers. They are good with the little lost lambs of the first time campers but also challenge the older boys with COPE, Horseback riding and flying gliders. The camp is huge over 300 acres so there are many areas and lots to do. The professions chef at the camp makes the best camp food I have ever had. It is not a merit badge mill the focus is a more rounded experience with lots of activities which are not merit badge but team building focus.
