This summer camp organizer is clever to change year in the camp name , so that did not get combined ratings from different years. this camp is really bad in terms of customer service. I registered my son for more than 6 weeks after i got flyer from my kids school, but had to cancel registration for personal reason. I was eligible to get full refund of approx$1300. its been 2 months now I am calling and emailing them, no response. these camps are fraudsters and crooks. There is no regulatory body to oversee these crooks. If no govt. agency overseeing these , what happens if something bad happens to kids(God forebid), you can not even find a physical location, where these guys can be found. All you have is just fancy website.

I would say that the customer service was terrible. It is now the end of October 2012 and I have yet to receive my tax receipts for the 5 camp weeks I paid for in June 2012. I sent many emails and voice mails to no avail. The academic program is very basic. I put my child 2 grades ahead and she was still bored and unchallenged. The staff are all very very young and inexperienced. I even walked in and took my daughter without being asked to sign her out! I would not recommend this camp.

We've had our son in Interactive camps in Brampton and Caledon for almost 5 years. His experience is always positive, he looks forward to going for a couple of weeks every summer. The only downsides are: some of the facilities aren't air conditioned, and some of the field trips (e.g. marineland) require too much time on the bus, reducing the fun time. Overall, I would rate this camp a good value, and good experience for children. It is by far one of the most organized camps we have been involved with.

I enrolled my 2 kids in this camp for 2 weeks, not consecutive, after the first week, I decided to withdraw my kids from the camp. According to the refund policy, there would be a small admin charge and they would give you the full refund back. It has now been a few month, I have left several emails and voicemails and have yet to receive my $300 for withdrawing. Terrible customer service, pretty much non-existent, my children had a bad experience and I would not recommend this camp at all....
