I registered my two children in January for a premier soccer camp to be held in San Luis Obispo CA in July. Never received health forms or registration confirmation via email. 3 weeks before camp, the director emailed me to say the camp was canceled. He offered to transfer our $ to another camp, or for a full-refund. I requested a full refund. Never heard back from him. He did not respond to my follow-up emails asking when we could expect our refund.

Dennis Lukens accepted $495 to register my son for his 'Premier Soccer Camp by the Ocean' in San Luis Obispo, CA. Dennis then canceled the camp without notifying us. Luckily, we learned of the cancellation--from another camper who never received a confirmation for payment and called the camp to inquire--just as we were departing for the airport to fly to CA for the camp. The cancellation cost us airfare charges and one night's hotel fees in SLO, not to mention the camp fee, which Dennis promised to refund, but has not. I have written Dennis multiple time on this matter, and he has not responded. So now I will be using every means at my disposal to ensure that others are aware of Dennis Lukens' questionable business practices, particular those with whom he has an existing business relationship.

Communication before the camp was terrible, I paid months in advance and had to bug them to receive confirmation. 3 weeks before camp I had received nothing about what to bring so I bugged them again and finally got the list. 8 days later (11 days before camp)I get an E-Mail saying that camp is cancelled. It cam from the personal E-Mail of the director and ended up in my spam so I drove all the way to camp just to find out that it was cancelled. After reading the last review I hope I can get a refund but I will not give up on that on general principle. Terrible organization.

Premier cancelled our son's camp, didn't notify us, we drove 4 hours to it to find out it wasn't happening. The promised to refund, but to date we have been refunded for less than half (and it took MONTHS to get it), and all we're given is lots of excuses. Horribly organized! I would not entrust my child to a camp with leadership with no integrity and clearly a camp that does not have the financial stability to responsibly run their operations.

Please make sure you are going to this camp because he does not give you money back even if he says he will. I didn't get refunded.
