Very disappointed with the response of staff in regard to the "habitats". Space Camp, Space Academy, and Advanced Space academy are promised to sleep in the Space Habitats. However, when we arrived, our son was placed in the Aviation Habitat (a bus ride away). When we asked what could be done we were shuffled from office to office with no resolution. THIS IS A BAIT AND SWITCH!

Half of the activities are a ripoff, including groups of lectures and rolling up paper to make "rockets." Presentations are mostly just powerpoints, which bores children and adults alike. The space shuttle mission and astronaut training simulators are pretty good though, they are fairly realistic I think. Food is also horrible, but not every day. It ranges from school-square pizza to chicken fingers, etc. Counselors are great! The management is hit and miss. The is one named Matt who is the greatest, most helpful guy you will ever meet. The primary day and night managers were awful though. They were generally unhelpful and argumentative over small, reasonable requests. Overall...if you can stomach the high price and sometimes iffy accommodations and content, you might want to go.
