My son has Autism, we sent our son to this camp, we did a visit and and it put a smile on our sons face, the person that took us on a tour his name was ryan, so we droped him off at camp for one week. The person that we meet at camp for the first visit was ryan, but when we droped our son off at camp, he was meet with a new staff member named kevin, we left our son with kevin. When mitch was in his room, he saw ryan walk past, he then when out and hit ryan on the back, that is when we got the call to come back to camp and pick our son up, kevin labled our son as violant! Our son was given a two and ahalf hour chance at camp. First of all Autsim is a lack of social and communication skills. This is my understanding on what happened, Mitch was put in a new situation, and all new faces, and when he saw a familiar face (ryan) the only way he could express that he knew this person was to run out and tap him on the back. Bad experience at camp, be where of this camp. This is my take.
