The camp is located on a high school grounds which was a serious drawback. The kids themselves were fine but the program itself and the camp administration has a real and complete lack of creativity and imagination. Overall the camp program was totally boring. There were not any camp traditions or rituals which are very common among good camps. The only thing close to a ritual was that the camp director puts on a banana costume once a week. The camp program must have been conceived by a complete moron. I remember that one of the “fun” science activities was that the kids get to pour some water into an aluminum pan and make ripples in the water to simulate how kindness spreads. Sheesh! I was very disappointed also in the fact that the counselors are all a bunch of high school kids themselves with very little experience with children. The counselors over 20 were hopelessly inexperienced as well. The robotics counselor has no idea whatsoever about her duties. The art counselor was cold

My daughter had a wonderful experience. She loved her counsellors who were very sweet & attentive. She enjoyed all of the activities & special events. All in all a great experience!

We had a terrible experience with this camp. The counselors were appathetic and seemed more interested in texting and talking to each other than spending time with the children. There is a lot of unstructured down time with little supervision. The same activities happen each day over and over again, which became very boring for our child. The only good thing about this place is the pool, which allows the kids to go swimming every day. Compared to the other camps we used this summer, Future Stars was very disappointing and it was the most expensive. Save your money and find a better camp. This place was bad.

I think this camp is pretty good, because most kids are nice and there are no people who are hated or haters. It's pretty cool because there are restaurants for lunch time, and the counselors are awesome. Some kids may get too competitive though, but that's okay. =] Most of the kids get along well, though I have to say that this one girl beat my little brother up. (But she had issues...no offense). It's awesome! =]] Ya gotta love Future Stars. (kinda expensive though)

My child had some special needs. I picked this camp because they claimed that they offered individualized attention. Becaue this was my first experience, my child's teacher was mean and nasty. She claimed that he hit a couple of kids because they would not play with him. However, others witnessed other children hitting and they were not disciplined like my son. She said my son had all of the characteristics of being a bully - he is barely 5. She said that he did not appeared to be a child who had been exposed to school. I paid $2,000 for this camp and the teachers made my child's life miserable and after two weeks I withdrew him and the camp refused to refund me my money. They gave me 3 t-shirts which my child will never wear. This is the worse camp and the world.
