The best camp in the world! A camp for cancer survivors and there siblings. Ronald McDonald camp [RMC] is heaven on Earth! I've been a camper, counselor in training, and now I am a counselor at RMC. RMC is my second family there I made friends and memories I'll have for a lifetime. The camp is 1 week up at Timber Tops a beautiful camp with a lake ropes corse pool basketball and tennis corts. The pool lake and ropes corse are runned by trained lifegards and staff. Each staff member at RMC makes each and every camper feel at home. Because of all the neds and some kids may still be on treatment Nursess and psycho-social staff are on hand from The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. The camp has many amazing sponcers and is run through the Ronald McDonald house! RMC just recently sellabrated it's 25th anniversary in the Summer of 2011. There is team building and precamp training for all the RMC camp staff 1 of our goals is that every camper goes home with meeting at least 1 new friend.
