My daughter went in 2019 homesick, but loved it. In 2020, her roommate cancelled last minute placed her w/ 3 girls who were mean to her repeatedly. After a very rough night with them, she was moved to a new room with great roommates. However, she was still assigned to the same group of mean girls for an all day outing the very next day?! The staff must have had logical reasons for that, but it was still a breaking point for her and we had to pull her out after only 2 nights. This caused a large financial loss and lots of sadness in the following days, but no regrets. The girls played nice in the presence of staff, so I don't think the staff believed my daughter or us about the extent of their behavior. Instead of correcting their behavior, we became a nuisance. The camp is otherwise very well run w/ an excellent mix of quality training, very fun activities, facilities, etc. The only warning is to send a young/shy child with a trusted friend in case she is targeted as our daughter was.

My daughter went to CheerSurge and totally loved the camp. She made huge progress with tumbling while she was there - it was really amazing. Cheerleaders can work on the skills they need. From what I've heard about other cheer camps, CheerSurge is truly the best cheer camp for individual cheerleaders. I love that they don't take any teams so cheerleaders can learn individual skills.

This is a really amazing camp!! I've gone 2 years in a row and improved so much!! I love the coaches! They are extremely funny and know what they are talking about!! Can't wait to come back next year!!! I love being part of the CheerSurge Family!! ?

Awesome experience for cheerleaders. Serious coaches with incredible talent and experience. Great for cheerleaders trying to improve individual skills. Truly an individual cheerleader camp - they don't accept any teams or squads which means all girls get individual cheer instruction.
