Crane Youth Music so exceeded our expectations! The professional staff welcome the campers with open arms and treat them with respect. Besides learning so much about a particular musical instrument, each camper learns to be in dependant, responsible and also to be a great team member. This was a magnificent experience for our 13 year old tuba player. It may have been her first year at Crane but it won't be her last!

I love this camp sooooooooo much! I learned so much in two weeks, and I made so many friends. On the last few days of camp, I was crying! I didn't want to leave at all. Classes were fun, but hard. The counselor I had was so much fun and amazing!! I can't wait to go back! #CYM2013

This camp was perfect. I've been to many camps, and this one was by far the best. I've had some of the most fun memories here, and ALSO have learned more than I could have EVER imagined. You feel one of the family here, and everyone is so kind; the staff, teachers, and campers. Everyday is something new, with activities, many music classes, and fun times in the free time periods and dorm rooms. It is very organized, fun, and education. Only one word to describe it- perfecccttabulous!

AMAZING camp that I went to 3 years in a row. Taught me more than I could ever imagine, as well as made me so many friends. Obviously, I love it, as I returned 3 years, but I also persuaded about 20 of my friends so go as well the 2nd and 3rd years, and they all loved it as well. The faculty, staff, & counselors are some of the best people you'll ever meet, as are the campers. The activities/free time stuff are very good, as are all the scheduled activities. You stay in the college dorm rooms, eat in college dining halls, take classes in college classrooms, etc.-prepares you for the college life. Many people who go to the camp end up going to the college, since the camp is so amazing. I definitely recommend the camp to any level musician who wishes to make a lot of friends and improve as a muscian.
