Click to report rating    8/16/12   1     3     4     4     1   My kids 2 boys had a great time at this camp. We have spent the last two summers shelling out a great deal of cash to have our kids go for several weeks. We heard that The Home Shopper Club had an offer for half the price! What a steel! We purchased two of them. My father-in-law who lives in New York became very sick and we were traveling most of the summer and didn't realize that we were running out of time to use the vouchers. Long story, but they wouldn't honor them for next year. We feel as if that is just yucky! Bad customer service sad to say RID: 42397
Click to report rating    7/5/12   2     4     3     3     3   there is a basic level of learning that takes place but it is not reinforced. The children are entertained with games but need more age appropriate ones.son liked the class science lessons and wants more.children are left in the hot sun for lunch time including humid days. This is a serious health concern.I sent an email and never received a response but found out the young kids ate again in the hot sun.I asked why and was told that there was not enough room.Too often children are not given the benefit of the doubt when sailing. This starts on the first day and tolerance for who they are seems to disregard development.I witnessed immediate and inappropriate response from a director while I expect my child to experience an environment where children build confidence and esteem. It appears the program divides in two with those in the classroom seeming to have more skill to work with children. We received descriptions announcing how children will spend the first week unhappy. why? RID: 41568
