Other than my teachers, who were terrible and had no idea how to relate to students, everything else was great, especially the activities.

Terrible. I went '06, it was great. '07 was different. I felt "locked" into my dorm room, class was only lecture, and the people weren't as great. I came home early from camp because of these. You're confined to about one football field of space, can't visit opposite sex rooms, and bedtime is STRICTLY enforced. If you like freedom, and free time, don't waste 3 weeks of summer there. If you truly like learning during the summer, you might enjoy it. But for me it was hard to sit still in a chair for 8 + hours of my day.

I went to East, Term 2, the craziest campus ever, people. Tip is honestly an experience beyond mortal words. It is subliminal. It is transcentental. It is a three-week ecstasy of pleasure that you will never forget.

I didn't go to the West Campus for TIP, I went to ASU, but it was still the best three weeks of my life...TIPfest was awesome, and the campus was amazing...not much else to say, except I made some great friendships there....

Oh my goodness TIP!!!! I spent three weeks here and it was absolutely amazing. The kids are so friendly and everyone's really interested in learning so that makes it so much fun. The Residential Counselors, TAs, and Instructors are always really kid-oriented and they understand kids a lot. Although the food isn't that great, you stay in touch with your new friends for the whole year till you can go back! This offers a wide range of classes from Nanotechnology to Stones and Bones (Archaeology). An overall great experience, I wouldn't miss it for the world!!!
