I have done many different summer activities in my life, but this was by far the best. There are so many college interns and group leaders per person going (I had 8 adults for 18 kids). The hotel we stay at in Peru's rural Pisac was amazing. The people I met were great. They were flexible about how much I ran, and did not pressure me to do more than I wanted to even though many of the people there run at a very high and competitive level. The trek to Macchu Picchu was physically very difficult but was a great experience I feel extremely fortunate to have had. All the kids here are smart and driven. Ugh I loved it so much

Great opportunity to travel internationally to Kenya or Peru during the summer, still train athletically at high altitude and do some meaningful service work over the summer.
