Great camp for kids and great programs , however there was favoritism among staff and plenty of backbiting, not the best working environment :(

In 2009, when my daughter turned 4, she started at BRDC and has gone each summer since. She LOVES this camp for its variety. She looks forward to seeing her friends from the previous year and she always has so much fun. My daughter is strong willed and they worked with her (and us) to ensure that she got the most out of camp without taking anything away from her peers. They will answer any and all questions - any time of the year. I enjoy the fact that towel service is included and I can get camp lunch. The camp worked with my daycare and created a special bus stop and thus helped a number of families in the process. My only complaint is that Parent's Night is too short. Despite every effort made, it is a very rushed evening. Other than that - the camp is amazing - the staff is great and I hope that my kids end up as counselors here.

My son (4 years old) attended two weeks of camp in 2010 and loved every day of it. I was worried that he would be scared getting on a bus (he's never been on a school bus before) and going to a new place for a very long day without me. He came home on the first day talking about everything he did and was so excited to go back the next day. Every day he woke up and asked if it was a camp day. The counselors seemed great, the facilities are excellent. He also was taken care of on the bus by an older camper (about 1o years old) which he still calls his best camp friend. While it is very expensive, I think it's a good value and a great experience so I've already signed him up for 2011.

camp is awesome!! the best are theme days, the staff all dress up goofy and we do usually pretty fun games. there's lots and lots to do, all the sports, climbing tower, boating, swimming, pool and pond, art stuff, cooking is cool. they say the pool is heated but its cold, but whatever, its hot out anyways. i liked the field trips last year.

i liked this camp alot execpt the counselors were kinda mean and too strict, but otherwise it was a great camp... and the food was so scrumcious!

i love this camp!!i like the counselers and activities! its like a first class camp! i made tons of friends!they had so many things to do like a zipline a rockwall,boating,cheerleading,photography asnd tons more!! the food was great!brdc is the bomb!!

My sons (ages 7 & 9) loved their BRDC experience. They went for 6 weeks and never got tired of it. The staff was very professional and I felt very confident that my kids were safe, attended to, and cared for. Both boys made HUGE strides in their swimming skills, soomething that I felt was essential to any summer camp program. We're definitely going back next summer.

this camp is awsome there is so much to do lots of sports stuff and a big pool. the cooking class is fun you can make pizzas and other good stuff on the grill. the best was the luaw and the western day. you will like it here.
