The boys had a great time at camp. The staff was great and best staff member was Crazy Steve who is great with the boys and very knowledgable. Merit badge programs were great and Boonesboro was where you could always find the boys (bring money for cool stuff). Tents were fairly new and in great condition. Food portions were small but they called for seconds most of the time and had salad bar (chicken was served a lot-which got old). Our camp had new bathroom but shower houses should have been clean since we were week 1. There were wasp/bee's nests under the tent platforms and in Adirondacks (you're in the woods) but staff worked really hard to get rid of them. Anything you need, staff is right on it-they are really nice. Water in lake is cold-if can't pass swim-staff will work with scout to change MB. Someone brought in a sickness that ran throughout camp. Make sure your Scout isn't sick before or on the way to camp! But our guys still had a great time. I would recommend this camp.
