TVSR is an amazing scout camp. My troop went during week 3 and had the time of their life. The staff was very attentive to our needs and made sure that our boys were having a great time along with learning new skills.

Very poorly maintained Ranger was rude and uncaring. Food was awful. Poor medical care. Bullying and gay bashing by staff was common occurrence. Kids were shamed by waterfront staff. Poor management. Not a safe environment for children

This camp facility is in poor shape. The camp is run down, roads and trails are washed out, and the food is poor. The camp is operated by Mohegan Council (based in Worcester) and apparently they spend no money on maintenance. Do some research and find a better camp as almost every other camp is better than this one.
