As a previous camper here, and now a staff member I can say this camp has provided me with the best experiences I could ever have received. This camp influenced what I want to do in life, where I want to go, and the kind of person I want to be.

I am a former camper and staff of Copper Cannon. This camp provides an amazing opportunity for underprivileged kids in New Hampshire, and is honestly better than any paid camp I have attended. The staff are enthusiastic and caring. The activities are fairly traditional and highlight campers' personal development, and of course there are amazingly fun games. Small cabins allow counselors to personally bond with and attend to each camper. And of course, the White Mountains are a beautiful setting.

I will disclaim that I am a staff member at Copper Cannon Camp. I added our camp to this website so that others who have come to our camp or had children come to our camp have a chance to rate it on this website. Copper Cannon Camp is the only completely free summer camp experience in New Hampshire. (So hopefully people will rate the monetary value as GOOD). We were founded in 1963 and have served more than 21,000 children with a free summer camp experience in the past 50 years. We have all of the traditional camp activities of many New England camps that can cost a thousand dollars or more, and we have it in a beautiful, scenic setting: 128 acres bordering the White Mountain National Forest and with the Gale River running through the property. We also have amazing staff that truly care about the children and want to make sure each camper has the best week of their lives. Thank you to everyone who supports Copper Cannon in any way. Let the ratings begin!
