This is a boys and girls club affiliated summer and after school program. They provide breakfast and lunch in the summer (free summer lunch program brought in from Killeen ISD)-my kids refuse to eat it. I had to pay more because we are not on the free lunch program, but I'm still packing my kids lunch. My kids have been in camps before with lunches provided from other school districts (Temple and Belton) and they ate fine. I'm unsure why the food is worse here, but it is. Field trips are included. The offer NO REFUNDS. They cost at least $10 more/week than comparable local summer camps (Heatwave, Ralph Wilson and Horizon). They changed their program this year (2015) and raised their price. The field trips are included in the price. They used to cost less and you would pay more to take field trips to the local bowling alley, water parks, skate club and local museums but now the field trips are more limited. For example, no water parks at all, just an indoor pool 20 miles away.
