I can't say enough good things about this camp and its staff. The camp is run by a family that has owned it since 1955. Most impressively it is run like an actual large family. Our 15 year old son suffers from extreme anxiety and we could never interest him in camp. Finally I found MMR and persuaded him to go for 2 weeks. One of the big draws for him is that he would be able to vote on the activities he wanted to do. After being there less than 2 weeks he contacted us to ask if he could stay another 2 weeks. We were thrilled. He came back having not just had fun, but with greater self confidence, His first question he had for us when he got home was could he go back next year.When picking a camp it is always hard to tell from their website what is real and what is just a sales pitch. With MMR it was clear from the day we arrived it was everything their description, photos and videos said it was. In fact as we found out many of the kids come back year after year.
