Listen, the facilities are not fancy at all. At first, I was turned off by that but then I went one day and I took a tour and the kids seem to be having a lot of fun. Really, all they need is sun, swim, games. I also think the price is reasonable given the competition and I appreciate the extended day hours.

I have had 3 negative dealings. The first one is that they forgot to take my daughter on the field trip bus and she was left behind unable to enjoy the water park with her friends. Second they charge you 5 dollars for every 15 min, block of the before camp and after camp hour drop offs. If you on the 16th min. they charge you the next block! Very money hungry. Third they wont refund your money or offer a credit if your child cant attend camp for any reason. Nor, will they credit you for another week the following year, or for any of there many classes and lesson they offer all year like music, karate, ect. Simply money hungry. I will say the counselors and camp program is great, but the office staff is terrible when it comes to money. One word "CHEAP". Sorry DCH but you know its all true.
