History — 80 years of mission at The Woods
Established in 1946, The Woods has always focused on one mission: Where Christ Is First. For almost 80 years, our camp has existed to bring children, students and adults closer to God. A single structure stood alone on the original campgrounds which now has over 50 cabins and buildings. The campgrounds have been a place of kingdom-building where eternal decisions have been made, lives have been dedicated and restoration has taken place.

What The Woods is — mission and overview
The Woods is a Christian camp in Wisconsin offering Summer Camps for elementary, middle school, and high school students, as well as Family Camps, rentals, and year-round programs. Just north of Milwaukee, we exist to provide Christ-centered experiences that help people grow in faith, build friendships, and step away from the noise of everyday life.
